What happened to Megan Momentum – with Peter Phan
Gilbert has the typical qualifications you’d expect from someone who has been doing Change work for nearly 20 years. He’s worked for many types of businesses and delivered all kinds of Change. Some of it was even successful! His current interest is human rights, quality and safeguarding with boards and executives.
He wrote a book about Bad Change, created the Chameleon Cards for future Change roles and organised way too many Change community events. He teaches international students about Change Tools for Deakin University and the Deakin Business School MBA and is a proud member of the Australasian Change Days Conference 2022 team.
When he’s not doing Change stuff, he volunteers with the Victorian State Emergency Services fixing roofs and chainsawing trees, cleans beaches with Beach Patrol, fosters ex-racing greyhounds and supports causes that work to end homelessness. He’s also vegan, but makes sure to get his vitamins and nutrients so his mom doesn’t worry.
