Linda has worked in Change for over 20 years across a wide range of sectors and industries. This includes working with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) when the Change Management practice was formed based largely on Darryl Conner’s work in Change Management. Since that time Linda has worked with a wide range of approaches to change, across a range of private and pubic sector organisations. Linda is experienced in applying both linear and non-linear approaches to change. Linda is also qualified as a Lean Continuous Improvement Facilitator, with her training provided by St Andrews University, Scotland who adapted Lean for the services sector (especially higher education and healthcare). Linda’s current role involves leading change in the Western Australian Country Health Service (WACHS), a public health service provider that delivers services across one of the largest rural and remote regions in the world. WACHS faces enormous complexity in terms of the range of services provided, the geographic dispersion of those services and the significant variation in need between each of the seven WA country regions.
