Matt Flury is a business psychologist who has worked in in-house talent and occupational psychology roles for nearly fifteen years and has extensive experience of building business capability through leadership and team development, assessment and selection, and operational and strategic talent management. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including banking, media, retail, FMCG, and telecoms. He has a first-class honours degree in Psychology and a Masters’ degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire. He is a member of both the Association for Business Psychology and The Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists. Matt now manages a portfolio career delivering talent management consulting and advising Business Leaders on organisational capability and change.
