A versatile change manager with over 20 years’ experience in organisational, cultural and project change. Able to build momentum for change by injecting energy, strategic planning, and creative tools to connect people directly with the changes they’re experiencing. An advocate for human centred practices that rely on creativity, co-creation and collaboration, and experienced user of lean and agile tools and methods.
Before focussing on change, Louisa specialised in measuring employee engagement and organisational culture, working with some of Australia’s largest businesses and government departments. Her experience combines deep understanding of the complexity and contradictions of human and organisational dynamics with practical and tactical skills in listening, facilitation, and communication – the cornerstone capabilities for effective change management.
Louisa is the national community collaboration lead for the Change Management Institute in Australia and previous state chapter lead for Tasmania.
