For nearly 20 years Amanda has worked as a communications manager and change leader. With a keen interest in workplace wellbeing, Amanda also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Positive Psychology at Melbourne University and is an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner. Amanda gets a massive buzz working with individuals and teams to help them identify and (re)connect with what they are good at & what they enjoy doing.

As a proud neurodivergent (ADHD), Amanda is also a strong advocate of raising awareness of Neurodiversity within workplaces, reducing the stigma and helping rewrite the deficit narrative that controls how we talk about neurodiversity.
