Thriving in the Great Resignation
For more than five decades, Brian has applied change management as an external consultant, line officer, and transformation coach. His years of studying the neuroscience of change allows him to bring real, practical solutions to the fore. Currently, Brian is coaching business leaders working to transform their organizations in the face of the Great Resignation. As one of the Do-Be Associates, he mentors leaders from organizations participating in the US pilot of the global 4-Day Week movement, co-hosts the “it’s DO-BE time” podcast, and publishes “Enlightened Management”, a weekly newsletter on LinkedIn.
Brian is committed to both his own continuing learning and growth, and to passing on the knowledge he has gained to others. In his role as Management Editor of Change Management Review, Brian writes white papers, hosts podcasts, and co-facilitates consulting skills and coaching skills for change practitioner training. He is the author of “The Hero and the Sherpa” in Springer International’s “Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation”, as well as 24 articles for Forbes Coaches Council. In late 2020, Brian gave a talk for TEDx Hartford in which he shared his own change journey, as well as key lessons he has learned about thriving through change. Bloomberg News recently quoted Brian on keys to successfully transitioning to a 4-day work week.
