In his role as Management Editor of Change Management Review, Brian writes white papers, hosts podcasts, and co-facilitates consulting skills and coaching skills for change practitioner training. He is the author of “The Hero and the Sherpa” in Springer International’s “Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation”, as well as 24 articles for Forbes Coaches Council. In late 2020, Brian gave a talk for TEDx Hartford in which he shared his own change journey, as well as key lessons he has learned about thriving through change.
