Elizabeth has contributed to all sectors as an organizational development practitioner. This includes businesses and social profit groups. For the past 15 years, she has facilitated United Nations leaders and teams around the world to strengthen their processes of learning, change and effectiveness. 

As a dynamic space-holder, Elizabeth asks compelling questions and listens deeply as people move through change resistance. She uses a myriad of tools to expand perspective, dissolve blocks to power, explore innovative ideas and encourage authentic expression.This background is complemented by a Master of Arts degree, diplomas in Human Resource Management and Adult Education and certificates in Life Skills, Empowerment Coaching and Shamanism.
