Fran Cormack is a leadership and team coach with over 30 years experience working in teams, and organisations both large and small. Fran has had the opportunity to work across countries and cultures, tailoring the work he does to fit the context people find themselves in. Certfied with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an ACC coach, and with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in Sydney as a Team Coach, Fran is also an Emotional Intelligence (EI) practitioner who knows that EI is your super power. In every system, including organisations, there is an invisible field. A field that holds knowing, entanglements, and a history. Through the use of Constellations, we can map this invisible field, bringing in into our consciousness. A constellation, which can be done in person, or digitally, allows a group to explore a situation, perhaps “seeing” it for the very first time.
All systems have a natural order and we explore these through our constellations. A constellation will help you spot the entanglements in a system, and help you identify a “step to better”. You will walk away with some practices that you can apply immediately in your work with teams and groups.
