Jeffer London is a facilitator and partner for leadership teams. He’s the founder of the project and conducts research on dialogue and the way people work together. A member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Jeffer hosts the Facilitation Impact Awards each year. Deep into participation and engagement strategies. 

Raised in America, Jeffer lived in Japan, Spain and Italy before settling in Belgium in 1995. A fan of Dialogue Experiments, and every kind of debrief, he often uses them to design facilitation products. In his off time, you may spot him in an art gallery with friends, trekking about, or playing with his cats, Kali and Oreo.
