A skilled and experienced strategic change professional, Jo’s strengths lie in change leadership, strategic thinking and communicating with influence. Her capacity to see the bigger strategic picture and translate this to today’s context enables her to create and execute change strategies that realise business objectives. Importantly, Jo helps others make sense of strategy, connecting their day to day with broader business objectives, driving alignment and accountability.  

Jo has deep experience leading change transformations, change portfolios and efforts across the finance, health insurance and energy sectors. Building organisation- wide change capability, embedding a change lens and acumen into project and organisational processes as well as creating value through actionable insights are also strengths.

Jo passionately believes people make successful change happen and is keenly focussed on understanding how dependent on people for success a change is, and what they need to do differently to achieve desired outcomes.  Her ability to grasp this dependency as well as understand and influence behaviour underpins her approach to driving transformational change.
