Dr Josephine Palermo is a dynamic change and organisational development strategist, Master Team Coach and bestselling author whose passion lies in transforming people, teams, and systems for lasting impact. With a PhD in Organisational Psychology and over three decades of experience across corporate, government, and global sectors, she is known for her evidence-based, human-centred approach to leadership, team performance, and inclusive culture.

As the Founder of Geared for Growth and Partner of 6 Team Conditions Australia, Josephine helps leaders activate strategy through high-performing teams and cultural change. She has led multi million dollar programs in agile transformation, designed leadership experiences for over 400 leaders at Telstra, and built coaching capability at scale. Her coaching and consulting style is both strategic and deeply practical, drawing on systems thinking and psychological insights to unlock potential.

Josephine is also the author of Rising to Feminine Power: The Lasso of Truth, and co-host of a podcast exploring new paradigms of power. Her work continues to inspire leaders to lead with authenticity, courage, and vision – especially in times of change.
