Collective mistakes – collective learning. Unpacking the value of sharing and learning from what can go wrong in change.

Karolina is a seasoned change manager with a special interest in empowering people to learn from their collective experiences – positive, negative and anything in between. At the start of her career, she made a few painful mistakes while facilitating a global change program aiming to improve communication in an international project team. This experience  led her to travel around the world and facilitate a global change program while empowering people to take control over their safety and wellbeing.  She then completed a PhD in organisational psychology on factors impacting on learning from mistakes. Meanwhile, she moved from Poland to Australia with two suitcases and not much else planned. Few years forward, her energetic toddler tests her limits every day and constantly inspires her to find creative ways to put his shoes or pants on. If she is not working on another change project, you can find her planning holidays, helping friends, sleeping, walking, or decorating her house.
