Grounding in authenticity to stretch organisational change resilience
Matt has over 25 years leadership experience in some of the world’s largest manufacturing organisations such as, Nestle, Pfizer, Procter and Gamble and locally with LION, across different cultures and business contexts. His career has specialised in designing and leading operational excellence and LEAN manufacturing change programs and leveraging agile ways of working to improve business performance and build engaging cultures. He is now a leadership and team performance coach, supporting them to leverage authenticity and mindfulness to enable leaders, teams and organisations to transform.

Matt explores how authenticity builds the foundation that enables teams and organisations to stretch beyond their comfort zones, especially during transformation. Being authentically grounded creates the psychological safety and purpose-driven motivation that allows organisations to stretch toward meaningful change without breaking, essentially improving resilience. Participants will explore the four drivers of authenticity; inner alignment, vulnerability, purpose driven, and emotional intelligence and how they can ‘be more themselves’.
Through activities, participants will explore approaches to ground themselves and their teams in authenticity while stretching toward organizational transformation.
