With combined experience of over 40 years in change management and project management experience, Lauren and Belinda are passionate about improving peoples’ experience of change at work. They bring a balanced and human centred approach to assisting organisations to embrace, understand and implement sustainable change. They have experience in a wide variety of sectors, including retail, supply chain, not for profit, consulting and utilities across Australia and Europe, and share a love a laughter and the great outdoors.

Their workshop – 

Let’s unlock our inner child and explore the power of change through a playful workshop! We’ll use virtual paper dolls to represent ourselves as change leaders. Each doll will have a collection of metaphorical “clothes” – our skills, approaches, and communication styles.

Through interactive activities, we’ll dress our paper dolls for success, equipping them with the right tools to navigate different stakeholder groups and situations.

Imagine a supportive communication hat, a data-driven insights shirt, or empathy boots! Trying on our different change outfits, we’ll explore our potential to create a positive and impactful change experiences.
