Pippa’s professional background is building teams to drive program design, delivery and change. She spent many years in corporate environments designing and delivering human-centric systems to deal with complex non-linear change.

Integrating the neuroscience of change into her practice has changed everything she thought she knew. 

Her focus, along with the NeuroPower team and change community members, is to evolve the current approaches to how businesses manage scaled change and help individuals thrive in that context. The current focus for learning is experimenting with work design to support flow, hybrid living and high-performance teams. A fan of the side hustle (as a construct of an antifragile life), she also designs and manufactures handmade resin jewellery and travel photography.
