Ranj Atwal and Natassia Pomroy

Family Feud: Change Edition

Natassia Pomroy is a Senior Change Manager with extensive experience leading complex organisational change across higher education, infrastructure, and large-scale transformation programs. She is known for working where things are less defined, where priorities shift, stakeholders disagree, and plans no longer reflect reality, and bringing clarity, structure, and forward momentum. Her approach is grounded in translating ambiguity into practical action, helping leaders and teams navigate uncertainty with confidence. Natassia is driven by a simple principle: when the plan no longer works, the thinking needs to change. She brings a pragmatic, people-centred lens to her work, focused on what actually lands in practice, not just what looks good on paper.

Ranj Atwal is a senior change management consultant and the founder of Core Change Management, a Brisbane-based consultancy helping organisations, leaders, and teams plan, mobilise, and enable change that delivers lasting results. With a career spanning state and federal government, mining and resources, healthcare, higher education, banking, insurance, early education, and not-for-profit sectors, Ranj has built a reputation for turning complex change into clear, practical action. Her approach is grounded in one core belief: that the best outcome isn’t a well-managed change program, it’s a leader who knows how to do it themselves. Ranj holds a Bachelor of Business, a Master of Human Resource Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change, combining strong academic foundations with deep, hands-on experience to help organisations stop guessing and start leading.

Your approved Change Plan isn’t being followed. Now what?
In complex environments, priorities shift, stakeholders disagree, and certainty is rare. Yet change practitioners are still expected to lead with clarity. So what actually works when you’re operating in the “uncharted”?
In this highly interactive session, we use a game-based format inspired by Family Feud to explore real-world change scenarios where there is no single “right” answer. Participants will share how they respond to messy, familiar situations, when plans unravel, decisions shift, or stakeholders challenge the narrative.
Together, we will surface patterns, compare approaches, and challenge assumptions, drawing on the collective experience in the room.
Insights will be captured and synthesised into a co-created “Change Blueprint”: a practical guide for navigating ambiguity and staying effective when the path forward is unclear.
Come curious, contribute your experience, and discover why, in change, the most honest answer is often: “it depends.”
