Sarah Glenister
Convenor and Founder Australasian Change Days
Sarah is passionate about building connection and as a Behaviour Change and Strategy facilitator/consultant she’s learned that we must build connectedness to have any real impact. Connectedness, collaboration and co-creation are the hallmarks of change; and the hallmarks of her practice.
“When I decided to become an independent consultant back in 2017, I did so because I wanted to change the world by working on change that matters, so my consultancy Change that matters was born. But to do Change well, particularly on global issues, I can’t do it alone, I need a community. This led to the launch of Australasian Change Days in 2020, a year where community became very important.
I have worked on some truly great changes in the environmental and social impact areas and I have also worked on Project change in areas like relocation, workplace reorganisations or new ways of working. This means I have a broad view on how great Change Agents can make a difference that is felt by those impacted by the Change.
So what is mine to do? Build community, provide a safe space for emerging ideas and be generous in all that I do.”
