Our theme for #acdc2022 was Shifting Balance; Recalibrating Worth

Our theme for #acdc2023 was Momentum

We’ve included a few of the many highlights below

For the last 4 years the very talented Peter Phan from Flimp Studios has taken all our ideas and turned them into upbeat videos to start our conference with energy! This was our #acdc2020, #acdc2021, #acdc2022 and #acdc2023 countdown

At #acdc2021 our facilitator Esther Barfoot held a great workshop on creating your own manifesto

Here are a few of our speakers and facilitators from #acdc2020 and #acdc2021

We have discussions that are about big picture things like values and we don’t shy away from topics that are sensitive but we also have a lot of fun!

Here are a few snapshot videos.

Our team of volunteers, speakers and facilitators are passionate about Change and Transformation. Avid learners, big thinkers and collaborative workers, we want to help build the profession and position it for the huge global and local challenges that lie ahead.

Hope you’ll join us in 2024!

Jason Little joined #ACDC2022 and talked about getting Stuck and how to get un-stuck!

Dave Snowden joined #ACDC2021 and provided a very thought provoking start to the event!

Change their minds and change the world

Change that matters owner Sarah Glenister, is the Founder of Australasian Change Days and is determined to change the world.  Collaboration and co-creation are essential to have impact especially in areas that have no easy solution, a major driver and principle of Change Days.

Visualise your change!

We clarify the complexities of organisational change using engaging videos and visuals that bring change to life. Whether it's an organisation-wide transformation, that key initiative everyone talks about or a tech-heavy IT project, we've helped them all to 'get visual' and share their key messages.
