About his workshop –
In our workshop, ‘The Potential of AI in Change,’ we will engage in a guided learning experience, exploring the practical application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) to create a relevant, meaningful change strategy and personalized communications.
We promise not to present the latest mega-prompt or one-prompt-to-rule-them-all.
Instead, we guide you in conversational flow with the LLM to produce the best outcomes. By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with the skills to use GAI to develop and update a dynamic change strategy, keeping it aligned with your organizational needs while leveraging the power of AI to augment your capability as a change leader.
Participants will explore GAI’s potential to create a relevant change strategy and initial communications through a live scenario planning exercise. The session culminates with participants drafting a change plan using GAI, providing practical hands-on experience.
