As the founder of Approach Services, he brings a wealth of experience from his diverse background, including a Prosci Change Management certification, teaching roles for TAFE in China, and a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering focussed on researching Carbon Sequestration with CSIRO in 2008. Sam excels in merging technical knowledge with a keen understanding of human dynamics, making him a pivotal force in driving effective and lasting transformation. His work not only bridges the logical with the emotional but also ensures that change initiatives are impactful and enduring.
Eva Bio:
Eva, Approach Services’ Executive for Innovation, is a beacon of growth and curiosity. Her broad background spans across business, technology, and mining, enriching her role as a leader and mentor. Eva empowers change makers and organisations through her engaging workshops, insightful videos, and proactive stance, urging them to embrace and lead change. For the past eight years, alongside Sam, she has been instrumental in building a resilient local community. Integrating permaculture and biodiversity principles at home and work they significantly reduced their carbon footprint and champion regenerative practices.
