Gilbert Kruidenier is a change practitioner and principal of Kruidenier Consulting, with over 20 years of experience leading strategic change and transformation across diverse industries. He is an author, public speaker, and online lecturer at Deakin University, and holds too many change credentials to list.

Gilbert has been a co-host and facilitator at Australasian Change Days since 2020 and is a Committee Member of CMI Queensland. He writes books and posts about the profession, the parts that work, the parts that don’t, and the questions most people avoid asking out loud.
