Gilbert Kruidenier
#ACDC2026 team member
Gilbert has the typical qualifications you’d expect from someone who has been doing Change work for nearly 20 years. He’s worked for many types of businesses and delivered all kinds of Change. Some of it was even successful! His current interests are evidence-based change delivery, CMOs and building community.
He wrote a book about Bad Change, created the Chameleon Cards for future Change roles and organised dozens of Change community events. He teaches (inter)national students about Change Tools for Deakin University and is a proud member of the Australasian Change Days Conference 2025 team.
When he’s not doing Change stuff, he volunteers with the Rural Fire Service and Change Management Institute, helps to rehome ex-racing greyhounds and does what he can to end homelessness. He’s also a sad vegan, always on the lookout for better cheese options.
