Digital and AI programmes fail in predictable ways. Not because of the technology, but because of what the people around it fail to see, name, or dare to raise. They include resistance that goes underground, behaviours that quietly undermine the plan, biases and ethical risks which remain hidden. These are the blind spots that derail change and they are generally human in origin.
We work and live in an uncharted landscape where AI is moving faster than most people can absorb, uncertainty often means silence. And silence is the source of unknowns, expensive surprises and unhelpful heuristics. We assume someone else has already spotted the problem. Often, they haven’t.
In this interactive session we will map the human blind spots together, drawing on the experience in the room. Participants will leave with fresh perspectives on what their change programmes might be missing, some practical provocations to take back to their work, and perhaps the courage to ask the questions nobody else is asking.
