Rather than adhering to the rigidity of traditional models, I would like to shed light on the potential and possibility available to change leaders and practice leads on what can be done differently, and also inject elements of creativity and fluidity into the practice to avoid the common rigid, try, too structured practices that eventually become boring and irrelevant. By reimagining change practices, we pave the way for organisations and individual potential to flourish.
