His workshop
Courage is the bridge between knowing and doing. We may know we need to give feedback, set boundaries, or take bold steps to innovate, but fear often gets in the way. In this interactive session, participants bring real courage challenges and apply the NextArrow Courage Formula to move from avoidance to action. Through playful exercises, science-based techniques, and guided reflection, participants learn to identify their fears, link actions to purpose, and leave with a personalized Courage Action Plan they can put into practice immediately.
