Susan Danner is a Change and Delivery Architect, but she is best known as the “Change Roadie.” She works behind the scenes to build the backstage infrastructure that allows multi-disciplinary teams to perform at their best and adapt to continuously changing environments.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity about human behavior, Susan is passionate about co-designing change alongside people rather than just rolling it out. She is a pragmatic problem solver who believes in providing just enough structure to get the job done safely, and when she is not working, she loves a good road trip and seeking out new adventures.

The magic that draws Susan back to Australasian Change Days is the interactive, participant centred experience and diversity of thought that makes it stand out amongst other experiences. In fact, she loved it so much she signed up to be on the team this year!
